Privacy Policy
What follows is a short account of what happens to information on this site — short because so little happens to it.
When you call
A call to the number here routes through a call-handling service and may be recorded for quality and handling. Under Minn. Stat. §626A.02 Minnesota needs only one party to a conversation to consent to recording it, so no announcement is legally owed you; if the routing service plays one anyway, that is courtesy rather than obligation. The service keeps the call's basics — time, length, the number that rang in, the city — to run call handling.
What never gets collected
No advertising cookies get set, no analytics beacon runs, and no third-party script loads at all — the page security policy refuses outside scripts by design. With no forms anywhere on the site, the single channel from you to us is a phone call you decide to make. Nothing about you is sold.
Where the pages live
A content-delivery service serves the site and, in doing so, handles ordinary connection logs — the IP address, the browser string, the page requested — to send pages and fend off abuse, all under that service's own terms.
What you can decide
Rather not be recorded? Say so as the call opens, or hang up before going on. And whatever you later settle with the contractor working in your home falls under your agreement with that contractor, not under anything on this site.
If this changes
Should any of this shift — say analytics were added someday — the policy gets rewritten to match before the change goes live, and the script-blocking security policy would visibly loosen in step with it.
